Broadway Apartments

Broadway apartments was purchased in 2017. Right on the edge of the very affluent Palm Beach, we bought this property with the hope the area would be slowly integrated to the high-end Streets nearby. Our assumptions were correct and we recently sold this asset with an exceptional IRR for investors.
