Hyde Park Apartments was purchased in 2021. The property was acquired with a significant value-add component. It is situated on a quiet, shady block and attracts middle class, long term tenants. With a few well thought out improvements to the units we have been able to quickly bring the rental rates up to market value, which was above our projection at the time of purchase.
